Congratulations to our winners of “Cost of Care” essay competition!

The MDconsultants network currently comprises more than 170 medical students, residents, and attending physicians who practice in various specialties across Canada and the United States. Our company is led by 3 physician partners who graduated from the University of Toronto and is supported professionally by a full-time managerial staff. MDconsultants started out in 2009 to provide high quality consulting services to enable aspiring healthcare professionals gain admission into programs of their choice. Since then, we’ve evolved into a predominantly physician network of talented consultants who solve diverse and challenging problems. Our current range of capabilities include admission consulting, healthcare consulting, providing professional second opinions, and delivering healthcare in a variety of settings.

We have received numerous entries for our first essay competition and we appreciate the effort that everyone put in to produce such high quality essays. We hope this was a rewarding learning experience for everyone to become familiar with the recent healthcare policy changes that affect all residents of Ontario. We also hope that you will share your learning experiences with your family and friends, and make an informed decision about how you would like to positively impact on our healthcare system as a future physician.

It was an extremely difficult decision to select our winners and the whole process took about a month to assess all the entries. Congratulations to all the winners!
