Ramy is a pediatric resident completing his training at the Hospital of Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario. He completed his medical school at the University of Toronto and undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University. Originally from Egypt, Ramy immigrated to Winnipeg as a teenage where his family currently lives and where he considers home. He is passionate about teaching, medical education and mentorship. In his free time, Ramy spends his time playing basketball and soccer (with limited success in both sports).
