John is a senior Anesthesiology resident at the University of Toronto, pursuing a career in Cardiac Anesthesiology with fellowship training in the USA. He previously completed his medical training at the University of Toronto. He has completed a diploma in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from the Michener Institute. He has expertise in implementing health technology and quality improvement to improve patient care and efficiency. He also has an extensive amount of wet lab, clinical, and statistical research experience in areas of cardiac anesthesia, chronic pain, and pain medicine.
