Deirdre completed medical school at the University of Limerick in 2016. She is currently a Family Medicine resident at the University of Toronto. Her clinical interests include food allergy and atopic disease.
Deirdre grew up in Simcoe, a small town in southwestern Ontario. She completed her undergraduate studies in Life Sciences at Queen’s University. She completed medical school at the University of Limerick in Ireland. After graduating from medical school, she practiced medicine in Ireland for 3+ years before returning to Canada.
In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, travelling and hiking. She recently completed part of the Camino De Santiago and is looking forward to completing the journey to Santiago.
