Yale obtained his HBSc and MSc in Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology at the University of Toronto. He then completed this MD from St. Louis University in the US. He achieved a score of 260 on the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Exam) Step 1, which placed him in the top 3rd percentile of participants. He is currently a family medicine resident in Toronto.
