Dr. Samuel P. Hetz has been a member of the Concept Medical team since 2013. Sam completed his undergraduate science degree at the University of Ottawa in Human Kinetics followed by a Masters of Science degree at Queen’s University in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. He then pursued medical training, completing his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Toronto, followed by Residency in Family Medicine at the University of Ottawa.
