At McMaster University, Josh completed his Bachelor of Health Sciences Honors degree with a minor in Chemistry prior to attending medical school at Wayne State University for his M.D. He is presently staying in Michigan to complete an Ophthalmology residency. An active participant in research, Josh has co-authored and published some 50 peer reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and national or international meeting posters. In his spare time, Josh enjoys long walks and coffee with loved ones, church community and outreach, and watching the Leafs (mostly lose in game sevens the past few years).
